This data set contains EL images and flash test results of 36 commercial modules. These modules went through IEC standard and QualPlus aging test, as well as field exposure. The EL images and IV data are collected at three time points: 1) before aging test, 2) after aging test, 3) after field exposure

Files in this data set:
1) IEC and QualPlus-Test Flow chart: schematic diagram of the IEC and qualplus aging tests
2) IV.xlsx: flash test results of 36 module at the three time steps
3) raw module images: The original EL images of these 36 modules at three time steps. 36*3 images are included
4) transformed module and cropped cell images: This folder contains a) perspective transformed module images. 36*3 module images (3408x1704) are included. b) cropped cell images. 72*36*3 images (284x284) are included.
