This data set contains EL images for 36 modules they went through QualPlus and IEC 61215 standard aging tests. The raw module images, perspective transformed module images and cropped cell images are included. The EL images and IV flash tests were collected at three time points: before the aging test, after the aging test, and after field exposure.
