Albedo Data for Bifacial PV Systems

The albedo and meteorological data contained in these data sets are provided to facilitate a better understanding of albedo values and characteristics needed by both the PV and financial communities to better estimate performance and to reduce the risk of bifacial PV systems. The data were provided by measurement network organizations and the PV industry. NREL configured the data into a common format and determined the summary information.

A user's guide in the form of a PDF document is located in a DuraMat Dataset of this project entitled "User's Guide for Albedo Data Sets." The current version of the user's guide was updated on July 22, 2020 with the addition of new data sets.
